AREnable v0.9
This little tool was coded as a fun project to get a little familiar with PDFsharp. It's purpose is, to enable some special features like saving forms and adding comments to a PDF file with the Adobe/Acrobat Reader 5+. This is done by transferring the rights of an already "Reader enabled" document to a new one. It uses a patched version of PDFsharp v0.8.494 (I had to set the Creator an Producer programmatically which is a R/O-Property in PDFsharp).
The tool is based on the work of Vladimir Katalov and Dmitry Sklyarov, explained at
