Cannot Compile Solution

I am trying to compile the PdfSharp-XPS solution but I am getting 2 errors:

Code:
Error   1   Source file 'C:\Documents and Settings\umair.chagani\Desktop\PDFSharp-1.2.1269.beta+MigraDocLite-1.2.2546\PDFsharp\code\PdfSharp.Xps\PdfSharp.Xps.Rendering\LinearShadingBuilder (backup).cs' could not be opened ('Unspecified error ')   PdfSharp.Xps


Error   2   Metadata file 'C:\Documents and Settings\umair.chagani\Desktop\PDFSharp-1.2.1269.beta+MigraDocLite-1.2.2546\PDFsharp\code\PdfSharp.Xps\bin\Debug\PdfSharp.Xps.dll' could not be found   PdfSharp.Xps.UnitTests

The file "LinearShadingBuilder (backup).cs" should be removed from the project.
Shame on us - that slipped through our QA tests ...
