Is PDFSharp library provides any mechanism to improve the quality of images while converting to PDF format.

Hello!

No.

We consider adding an option to reduce the (file) size of images automatically.
Improving images (contrast, colour balance, etc.) is not on our wish list.

I don't know if there are image processors that could be used to improve the images automatically.

We rely on manual optimization.
