Hi,

Is there a way to Rasterize pdf into lets say a GIF format. Each page will be saved as a GIF file with a specified dpi resolution. Please let me know if this is possible with PDFSharp.

Thanks,

Sai Alluru.

Hi!

PDFsharp can't do that (currently).

But GhostScript can do it. You can call GhostScript from your code. IIRC PDFsharp includes a sample how to do exactly this (to get thumbnails for pages).

Hi Thomas,

I realize that PdfSharp can't (currently) generate images from pdfs, do you guys have plans for implementing this? If so, do you have a time frame?

That's a big task. I bet we won't do it. Others have done it.

Have you tried Ghostscript?
